• We reserve the unconditional right to modify, alter, or update these terms at our sole discretion.
• Continued use of our infrastructure following any modifications implies definitive acceptance of those changes.

Orders & Financial Processing

All commerce conducted through our portal is subject to comprehensive security screening and financial verification algorithms to prevent unauthorized access and fraud.

• Prices are subject to market fluctuation; we reserve the right to amend pricing models without prior notice.
• All transactions must be cleared and authorized by our tier-one payment processing partners before fulfillment begins.
• We retain the sovereign right to unilaterally cancel or refuse any order that triggers our internal risk-management thresholds.
• In the event of cancellation after payment capture, funds will be immediately routed back via the original payment vector.

Logistics & Global Delivery

Our logistical operations are coordinated through verified international couriers to ensure the secure and expedient transfer of luxury assets.

• Tier 1 metropolitan regions standard fulfillment: 2–3 business days.
• International or remote destination fulfillment: 3–5 business days.
• Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon our delivery of the physical assets to the carrier.
• We are not strictly liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs processing, or external carrier network failures.

Returns & Limitation of Liability

To preserve the pristine integrity of our supply chain and the exclusivity of our offerings, all sales are considered final unless compromised during transit.

• Claims for physically damaged assets must be officially lodged within 24 hours of documented carrier delivery.
• The product must remain unequivocally unopened, retaining all original manufacturer seals and packaging elements.
• Upon photographic verification and return processing, approved refunds are executed within 7–10 business days.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL DPODE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR PLATFORM.
